The store will be closed until July 1. All orders will be processed when we return.

• We ship Australia-wide with tracking included on every order.
• All deliveries are marked Authority To Leave (ATL) — so no signature is required.
• Courier services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time.
• Orders typically dispatch within 2–3 business days, unless a product is Order - In
• If you're in a rural or remote area, deliveries may take additional time.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, just contact us within 7 days and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on used products unless they’re faulty.
